French kickboxing star Nicolas Wamba retires from fighting. Over the course of his spectacular career, under the patronage of Christophe Dragole, the representative of WKN Top Team “Junior” won numerous titles and cemented his name as one of the most prominent heavyweights of a new ear of kickboxing.

Wamba twice won WKN European super heavyweight titles in 2003 and 2016, as well as twice earned Inter-continental belts in 2015 and 2017. In 2014 he won World championship belt scoring the second-round TKO win against Japanese Raoumaru.

“The Junior” Wamba is also two time semi-finalist at Bigger’s Better Boxing, as well as the tournament champion at Bigger’s Better 8 Lisbon which aires live on Eurosport in 2011. In addition, he has earned 1-1 record in GLORY and twice appeared at world series Simply the Best.
