WKN NAME, SANCTIONING AND COORDINATION
WKN-BRAND AND NAME
The WKN (World Kickboxing Network) name and the WKN logos are registered trademarks and protected under International Law.
The name of WKN or the WKN logos may not be used in any way, including in advertising online or print, or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials or products on this website, without prior written permission.
WKN prohibits use of the WKN name or the WKN logos as a “hot” link to any WKN site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by WKN in writing.
All information on the WKN websites is a privacy of the WKN and MAY NOT be used without written permission. Penalty EUR 200.000.
WKN PROMOTIONS AND ACTIVITIES
ALL promotions and activities under the WKN brand must be strictly formatted by an official contract with the WKN World Office.
EVERY promotion under the WKN sanctioning must be strictly supervised by the authorities (WKN Supervisor) coordinated by the WKN World Office or an individual in charge on behalf of the WKN World Office.
The sanctioning of the promotion can be called out by the WKN Official Representative on the territory where promotion takes place or the WKN World Office, if the WKN Rules and Conditions and Regulations are not followed, as a result the brake of the contract.
THIRD PARTIES AFFILIATED BY THE WKN
Branch join and affiliation request have to be officially processed and formatted by an official contract with the WKN.
The party requested an affiliation and join request must strictly follow and respect the WKN Rules, Conditions and Regulations.
Affiliated organizations and individuals have a strict duty to request the sanction from the WKN of the usage of the WKN name, WKN Logos ALWAYS BEFORE the activities with these items have been processed.
