World Championship returns to Argentina

Kickboxing series Simply The Best 15 Tigre is held on October 1. The event is the third episode in Argentina, and the first in the town just north of the city of Buenos Aires. It follows three previous shows promoted in Caseros during the first two seasons.

The WKN World super bantamweight championship headlines the program, featuring the current title holder in oriental kickboxing, Argentine Federico Roma who aspires to gain the belt in Muay Thai. The name of the second title challenger will be announced shortly.

A co-main event is the WKN Intercontinental super lightweight championship in oriental kickboxing. Niko Vega is a challenger representing the country-host. The name of his opponent will be revealed in the near future.

Also on the card the WKN international lightweight title fight with Pablo Roma in defense of Argentine colours up against an opponent yet to be determined. In addition the WKN Argentine national championship tops up the program.

A full fight card will be announced shortly.

Promoter of the event is Cristian Bosch, WKN World cruiserweight champion, promoter of Bosch Tour. The championship supervisor is Fernando Munoz.

The World Kickboxing Network President Stephane Cabrera is expected to attend the event. The special guest is South American kickboxing mega star Jorge “Acero” Cali.
